Why Afterhours

Who you surround yourself with matters.

Our journeys to entrepreneurship have different origin stories, but at the core of both of them, we identified one pretty major non-negotiable when it came to joyfully building sustainable businesses of our own: Community.

There are a lot of creative, innovative, multipassionate people in the world with big visions for their lives. But only a percentage of them will actually choose to take a less conventional path. Because doing that requires you to grow.

And while growth starts from within, we don’t live in vacuums. Our environments shape our mindsets, which shape our realities, just as easily as our mindsets shape our realities, which shape our environments.

We knew community needed to be at the forefront of whatever we built. So we created Afterhours Collective. A community. A business space. A club, if you may.

Because everything is more fun at the clerb and with friends, but also because we all have different skill sets to bring to the table. It’s way more fun to learn and grow and play together. And we think it’s way more powerful, too.

How much does it cost?

It's free to access our video series and apply. If we think you're a good fit, you'll get a complimentary clarity call. Your ultimate investment depends on the results you're after and the path you choose. We break it all down inside the videos and walk through it together on the call.

Can anyone join the sprint?

Anyone can watch the video series and apply. We accept based on alignment, not where you're starting. Some of our best members joined with zero business experience. The application and our clarity call helps us understand if Afterhours is the right environment for where you want to go.

Is this a pyramid scheme?

No lol. First of all, pyramid schemes are illegal. Afterhours is a business community where ambitious people come to learn high-income skills and apply them by building a real business in real time alongside each other. And the skills you learn here aren't locked to us. You can take them into any business model you ever want to try.

Okay, but is this network marketing? An MLM?

Yes and no! By definition, the business model we partner with is a Direct Sales model; you earn commissions by selling products directly to consumers. You can also earn by introducing the business opportunity to others, which is when you'd classify it as network marketing. And we actually LOVE that because network marketing is the industry that's created the most female millionaires and we want IN. What it's not is a pyramid scheme where one person at the top makes all the money off everyone below them. We think that's disgusting too. In this model, no one is capped. You can out-earn the person who introduced you, including us. There are no monthly fees to stay active and no pressure to chase your friends and family. It all comes down to the work you put in. Honestly, we had our own judgments about network marketing before we understood how this one works. That's exactly why we chose it.

What if I've never done this before?

The sprint is built for total beginners and experienced entrepreneurs who want to do it differently. The skills, mindset, and systems meet you where you are.

What if I can't make the live calls?

All live calls are recorded and stored in the community. The sprint is designed so you can keep momentum even if you miss a session. That said, showing up live is where the magic happens. Plan for it if you can.
